If you don’t already know the existence of nice creams, you’re welcome.

So, nice cream is like ice cream but better, it has no milk in it, it’s magical.

The texture is more like a soft serve.

The beauty of it relies in the fact that you can put any fruit in your nice cream, be as creative as you want, it always tastes good.
The only thing is that you have to like banana. Daddy here hates it, so he hates nice cream… #weeping

As you’ve probably understood, the base is banana, frozen banana to be precise. When you have bananas in your house that are becoming darker than the bags under my eyes (#mybabywonteversleep) instead of letting them to rot, or worse, to throw them away, just cut it into pieces, put them in a ziploc bag and in your freezer.
When you want a nice cream, just take your frozen banana, throw it in the blender with whatever ingredient you have on hand, blend and refresh yourself with awesomeness during hot summer temps!

If you’re like me and don’t own a Vitamix that coasts more than my car you can add a litlle bit of fruit juice, orange, apple, whatever you like, it helps with the blending.

Here are three recipes, tested and approuved by myself (it counts right?) but be creative, possibilities are endless.
Each recipe makes one serving.

Cheers to guilt free ice cream!
